On October 12, 2023, the Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies at the University of Zakho Organized a seminar for the Kurdish poet Dr. Abdulrahman Mazuri in Khalil Khayali Hall, College of Humanities. The seminar was attended by the Director of the Center, faculty members, university staff, and students.                       

In an open and literary session, the poet recited a number of his selected poems. Additionally, he conversed about the concept of poetry and shed light on his experience in organizing poetry, as well as the most significant challenges that a poet faces throughout his poetic journey.
